1 - Admission is strictly through fmcsoccer.com. (if you can't find the booking date - that means we are fully booked out. Please book for the following week instead). Join the waitlist if booked out.

2 - Game format: We pick teams on the turf. We form 3 teams with two teams playing at a time while the third team waits their turn to play.

You can still make the game if you work late. 

​

3 - No slide tackles.

​

4 - Shin pad is recommended for our games

​

5 - Bring your clean indoor shoes (No outdoor cleats allowed)

​

6 - Stretch properly and warm up before joining the game and help us set up the nets if you are early.

​

7 - Please do not blast the ball at the goalie, we encourage you to pass the ball into the net. We don't want anyone getting injured.

​

8 - Take as many water breaks as you in between and get back into the game when deem fit to do so.

​

9 - If this is your first game in a long time, we recommend starting as a defender at the back and taking as many short breaks as you can.
