1 - Admission is strictly through fmcsoccer.com. (If you can't find the booking date, that means we are fully booked. Please book for the following week instead. Join the waitlist if booked out.

2 - Game format: We pick teams on the turf. We form 3 teams, with two teams playing at a time while the third team waits their turn to play.

You can still make the game if you work late. 

​

3 - No slide tackles.

​

4 - Shin pads are recommended for our games

​

5 - Bring your clean indoor shoes (No cleats or outdoor shoes allowed).

​

6 - Stretch properly and warm up before joining the game, and help us set up the nets if you are early.

​

7 - Please do not blast the ball at the goalie; we encourage you to pass the ball into the net. We don't want anyone getting injured, especially players with medicated glasses.

​

8 - Take as many water breaks as you can in between and get back into the game when you deem fit to do so.

​

9 - If this is your first game in a long time, we recommend starting as a defender at the back and taking as many short breaks as you can.
